La m\u00e1quina de fabricar vasos ecol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Jer\u00f3nimo Bucher ide\u00f3 una m\u00e1quina para fabricar vasos ecol\u00f3gicos, que llam\u00f3 SORUI, en el marco de un proyecto contra la contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental, cuando s\u00f3lo ten\u00eda 18 a\u00f1os. Fue por esta iniciativa contra la contaminaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica que fue elegido por Harvard y el MIT como uno de los 100 L\u00edderes del Futuro a Nivel Global.<\/span><\/p>\n

El pasaje de la idea a la realidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Punta Dise\u00f1o Industrial se incorpor\u00f3 al Proyecto SORUI, inicialmente\u00a0 trabajando sobre la materialidad, el dise\u00f1o y estructura de los vasos. Para ello deb\u00edamos <\/span>conocer y percibir los atributos del material, desarrollar probetas e investigar su comportamiento mec\u00e1nico b\u00e1sico, sus espesores l\u00edmite y su percepci\u00f3n t\u00e1ctil.<\/span><\/p>\n

En las primeras experiencias construimos moldes de prueba con materiales standard e impresi\u00f3n 3D, moldeamos un contenedor b\u00e1sico\u00a0 y con \u00e9l detectamos fortalezas y debilidades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A partir de all\u00ed, dise\u00f1amos un nuevo modelo de vaso con los nuevos requerimientos estructurales detectados. Validamos el dise\u00f1o con una impresi\u00f3n 3D y lanzamos\u00a0 la construcci\u00f3n de un herramental mecanizado en aluminio, con desmolde por aire; con el apoyo de Leonardo Rinaldo, matricero con a\u00f1os de experiencia y af\u00e1n de colaborar, llegamos al molde y\u00a0 la prueba piloto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comenzamos a moldear los nuevos vasos en forma manual con resultados muy positivos. Un dise\u00f1o ajustado, un desmolde sencillo. El proyecto se encamina positivamente. Estabilizado el modelo de vaso y con la herramienta de moldeo base funcionando, los pr\u00f3ximos pasos de Jer\u00f3nimo se concentrar\u00e1n en la mejora del material.<\/span><\/p>\n
